Photographing Lynn's paintings

Given the forecast (scorchio), we were up at crack of sparrow to photograph some of Lynn's paintings before the sun could cast a shadow - it's always a pain when there is directional light, as even if it's unnoticable through the lens, once the image is on the computer screen you can detect a slight tonal variation from side to side. Eleven paintings in all, and I may be a little partisan but I think they are the most striking ever - time will tell whether others agree!
