If you have a piece of text – manuscript, thesis, term paper or indeed any document – which might benefit from a line by line examination for punctuation, spelling, grammar, style, continuity and sense, I offer a proofreading/light editing service here.

About the books

In 2002 we left Scotland for a wooden cabin on the otherwise uninhabited island of Islandmore on Strangford Lough, Northern Ireland.

The Blue Cabin tells the story of our first full year on Islandmore, and Still On The Sound is a fully-illustrated follow-up in hardback, taking a look at four seasons of island life, seven years on..
