This is the first of a two-stage operation which I should really do more often - scraping weed and barnacles off the boat and giving it a coat of anti-fouling. The cradle arrangement means that the outgoing tide does the work of exposing the hull. There isn't time to do both jobs on one tide, so the anti-fouling will have to wait for a week or two. Satisfying job, though.
