We often find ourselves at this spot near the southernmost tip of the island, where at this time of year the grass is thick but not too long, and the lichen-covered boulders seem to glow at the edge of dark. Lynn takes inspiration from it, and the same boulders have found their way into several paintings. I always take the camera and a notebook, and this evening I sat on the grass with my back against a stone, and had a flash of inspiration myself. Well, a flash anyway - I will see how inspired it was when I work it through. I have been struggling with a certain plot point for a while and I think I see a way to make it work. We'll see tomorrow..
