Nigella Lawson's Totally Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Lynn quite often uses Nigella's recipes, but this is the first time she's done Totally Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies (from Nigella Express). If you're looking for an full-on chocolate hit, the ingredients and method are here, on Nigella's website.

As we are both die hard chileheads, Lynn did tweak the recipe just a tiny bit by adding chile cocoa powder, but apart from that they're the real deal.
