If its permissible to have a quick moan:
As a full-time carer I'm very much aware of the many obstacles which are put in front of wheelchair users by businesses who either don't think, or don't care. I can think of numerous words which would have been appropriate for the so-called 'Disabled' loo (the temporary kind you see at shows and the like) which mum and I did battle with recently, but 'service' isn't' one of them. 'Inadequate', 'inaccessible', 'ill-equipped', 'unsafe' or 'filthy' perhaps, but not 'service'.
If I was into graffiti I'd have put 'un' before 'service' and 'able' after it.
