The Blue Cabin at Waterstones

I popped into a Waterstones in Edinburgh the other day, and it so highlighted the different approach taken by individual stores to particular books. Bear in mind, this is Edinburgh, not Belfast: much depends on the personal input of managers and staff at branch level, and this has more to do with whether a title is liked than whether it is local (witness the endorsement). So sincere thanks to Richard and David, of Waterstones, George Street, Edinburgh - you restore my faith!
