Since his introduction on the radio on Sunday, I have had three emails about Stephen Seagull, two of them asking whether he and Eddie really do sit together on the jetty. Well, 'together' is stretching it a bit, but the distance between them has shrunk from around twenty to around ten feet: every time he joins his new friend, Eddie sits that little bit closer. Stephen is only there for the bread, but Eddie enjoys the company. Watch this space..
